Keen® Mobility Limited Warranty:
Keen Mobility Company guarantees the main frame of its ambulatory aids, bed frames, bed rails, rollators, commodes and wheelchairs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a 12 month period from the date of delivery to the customer, except as noted. Side frames and crossbraces of the Keen FreeLander Series Deluxe Manual wheelchair are warranted for life of the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear or damage due to abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty for the product, or the product’s various components. Normal wear on rubber, plastic, metal and/or fabric accessories, such as the tips and the padding covers, is also not covered, and these components must be replaced at the user’s expense. Products that have been manipulated, reshaped and/or customized cannot be returned, unless the customization was done by Keen. All customization not performed by Keen voids the aforementioned warranty. Keen assumes no responsibility that the goods will be fit for any particular purpose for which you may be buying them.
Keen Mobility Company guarantees its Keen Journey cushion lines to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a 24 month period from the date of delivery to the customer, except as noted. All Journey Elite series cushions (E3 and ECP3 models) are warranted for a period of 60 months, and all Journey Comfort series cushions (S2, S3, and S4 models), as well as Keen Effortless Cushions and Keen Liberty cushion lines, are warranted for a period of 12 months, from the date of delivery to the customer. All Keen cushion covers are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of delivery to the customer. Normal wear or damage due to abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty for either the cushion or its cover. Products that have been manipulated, reshaped and/or customized cannot be returned, unless the customization was done by Keen. A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns on Keen customized cushions. All customization not performed by Keen voids the aforementioned warranty. Keen assumes no responsibility that the goods will be fit for any particular purpose for which you may be buying them.
Claims for freight-damaged products should be placed with the delivering company. Defective and/or malfunctioning products should be returned to Keen Mobility Company for replacement as soon as discovered. Warranties for all products and parts are handled by Keen Mobility Company, and all claims other than freight-damage related claims should be called in to Keen Mobility Company for processing. Steps For Returning Products
Please call Keen Mobility at (866) 330-5336 and notify a representative of the problem. Upon consent of the Keen representative, send the product postage paid with an explanation of the defect to Keen Mobility Company, ATTN Returns, at 6500 NE Halsey St., Building B, Portland, OR, 97213. Upon receipt of a valid claim and faulty product, a replacement product will be shipped without delay including reimbursement for return shipping costs incurred.
