The Journey™ AntiThrust cushion is designed to prevent ischials from thrusting forward. The Ischial well is filled with Tru-Relief™ visco elastic memory foam which comfortably reduces movement in mild sliders. The unique flat-top design facilitates foot propulsion of the wheelchair while minimizing the risk for hamstring pain or tightness.
