The Liberty™ Sedona™ XT Mattress is an affordable “Memory Foam” therapeutic support surface designed specifically for the needs of a heavier patient. Modeled after the original 3-layer construction of the Sedona, the Sedona XT mattress provides long lasting protection for patients up to 450 lbs.
The Sedona XT’s primary layer of Memory Foam provides the overall comfort and weight distribution needed to aid in pressure ulcer management. The middle layer allows the most common areas of pressure to be absorbed into the mattress, while still supporting the lower back and legs. Firm Safety Edges provide a passive, sensory barrier for positioning and solid base of support for transferring to and from bed. The Sedona XT is a therapeutic surface which can be used in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers up to stage I and II. Great for the acute, sub acute and LTC setting; the cover can be easily wiped cleaned!
